I've had good luck just using 5 minute epoxy. Cheap and simple. Let it set
up..and if necessary build up a few layers. Then dress carefully with file
or dremel..dab of flat black and good to go.

Well you must get tired of everyone saying that "you're right Wayne"

I talked to Warp yesterday and they agreed that a little Epoxy and flat
black paint would make it look like a factory repair and get me back in
the
air ASAP. Daryl explained that the "bite" will not travel because of the
weave of the cloth on both the front and back of the prop. The other thing
he mentioned is that it is quite small, on the trailing edge which is very
thin and closer to the hub than the tip so he wasn't concerned about
balance.
Now the question - where do I get the epoxy and is there a specific brand
that I should consider? I went out last night and there's quite a few
choices/types and not having any experience, guidance would be very
helpful.

Thanks
