If you don't have a shrinker...hammer and dolly them down and then flute
them to the inside AFTER LAYING OUT a 1" rivet pattern to get the flutes
between rivets.
And yes of course the top flange has to be 90* as the cabin roof sits on it.

Are we trying to replace the big ugly flutes on the flange with more but
small flutes so that the flange is smoother? I'm assuming that BIG flute
near the front is trouble later.
