Carpet hold downs

Post by Garry Wright » Sun Feb 19, 2012 12:04 pm

I have tried glued on non-skid underlay and carpet tape. Both are not
really up to snuff unless you really go for better or more sticky. I'm
considering the nail-strips used commercially for carpet. The problem
seems to be that there is often a lot of forward force on the carpet and
it breaks free of its moorings and piles up. I know - I should lose
weight and there wouldn't be as much force. Hmmm. Now that that didn't
work, does anyone have a good solution to this issue?
