Hi guys and gals: I know this has been asked before but I misplaced the info
during a senior moment - I think ?? I am looking for a local supplier of
6061 T6 alum sheet in various thickness. There use to be a supplier called
Ideal metals in Brampton but they no longer exist. Can anyone help. A Co.
called Airparts Inc. in Kansas has everything which would be great for you
US residents, but shipping and the crossing of the border into Canada gets
real expensive. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks. - Bob J Rebel 192/731

Hello

Sometime, the shops who made laser cutting may have thin aluminium. Check
in the yellow pages for laser cutting... May be the people of Desmarais et
Gagne (Dream aircraft "the toundra") They have a big inventory. The people
who build the Zenith in Ontario...

Hi Bob, I get sheets from Peckovers (recently changed it's name??) at 905-669-9444 and talk to Ed Timmins.
They are on Langstaff east of 400. They actually delivered to me at Tally-ho and another time I picked it up. Mention Tally-ho to Ed (not for a discount just might remember me!!)

Cheers

If you're ordering all the sheet for a sonex it would probably be
worthwhile to find a shipping adress in new york. Pick it up there and
broker it through customs yourself. I've used the UPS store in port huron
michigan excellent sevice for a $5 charge.
