B Gear rear attach assembly

<!doctype html public "-//w3c//dtd html 4.0 transitional//en"> The bungee gear rear attach point assembly is giving me some concern regarding the position of the 1" tube with relationship to the attach brackets (fus-45). The book states to install it so a line drawn down the center shows in the 3 lower holes but it doesn't say how it should be positioned left or right. i.e. should the right end be flush with the edge of the bulkhead, the right side of fus-45 or should it be centered on the middle hole? or?
