Thanks Dale. I will check it out. ----- Just got back from the garage. There are no angles and all is assembled. I think I will be able to add them from the outside by disconnecting the trim servo arm and raising the trim tab out of the way. I checked both the manuals -original SR2500 that came with the 3500 quick build and the supplement to convert a 2500 to a 3500 Moose- Good point and I should not have missed it, usually common sense prevails but sometimes we get lost in trying to accomplish to much at once. I did however, get good advice from Bob P and made full length trim tab control horns. Those suckers aren't going anywhere. Thanks again for pointing this out. This builders site is worth it's weight in gold. I hope you don't mind but I sent this thru the site as well. I am sure there are others who could benefit from this and your other points. Bob J

In the manual where the short spar fits between the ribs that the trim hinges on is the where the problem is.. In the manual it doesn't tell you to make an angel to attach that short spar to the ribs on each end it only tells you to rivet the hinge between the top and rivet the skin on the bottom.. I have checked out several Moose,, Super Rebel planes and the ones that aren't fastened the paint is chipping on the corner of the elevator skin top and bottom which in my mind tells me that the there is movement in this area and cracking will eventually happen.. I told Darryl it is an easy fix to put angles in each side on the outside of the ones already done and on the inside of ones done at build time but he refuses to tell anyone of this.. If you aren't sure of the area I am talking of let me know.. Also MAM has shipped as I received some wrong cable crimps for the cables.. If you aren't paying real close attention they can be used and not be right.. the factory has shipped some 5/32 c
rimps to people instead

of 1/8 crimps now I need to cut some off (needless to say I am not really a happy camper when the factory knew of the problems and hasn't told anyone yet.. ) If I can be of further help let me know.. I don't know everything but I have spent many hours researching about every inch of this thing in the last two years.. I sure am lost without Robin sometimes he was a great inspiration.. and helped with making mine a trigear MOOSE.. Dale Fultz
