If you are talking about the two forward-most eyebrow windows on a Super
Rebel you won't need frames or lexan. They are underneath the top part of
the windshield and all you need is to cut two holes in the roof skin. These
are the ones nicely positioned to make it easier to look for airplanes above
you when making turns.

I got "window kits" sometime back - came with no glass, only frames. I used
lexan from home supply and it worked well. I used all side window frames,
but did not install the overhead eyebrows - sort of wish I had - at least
put in the two forward overhead ones - in fact, may retrofit these.
Visibility in turns is somewhat restricted without them.
