What is up with Dave Fife?

Does anyone know what is up with Dave? I place an order with him a year
ago for parts and he took a fairly large some of money from me in deposit and
although I have spoken with him several times, has still not delivered anything.

All I get are comments like, "I have one ready and the other in the mold" It
shoudl be just a couple of weeks?

I knew about the move and that he was slow, but this is crazy! How can you
take people's money and then sit on it for a year?
