Torque Tube spacer CC-54

I think I forgot to send some of my parts over here to
Hawaii. I am at Chapter 10.14.1 and it states to
install 1/2" sleeve (CC-54) onto the torque tube. I
can't find CC-54 in my parts bin and my have left it
with the fuselage kit that was shipped to Minnesota.
Does anyone have the demensions for this part so as I
can make one. To me it seems to be nearly the same as
CC-100. 2"ID x .120 tubing?
