The Murphy Builders Site

On my old C of A it had a restriction that said daytime VFR only. My new
one just says VFR only. Has there been a change to the way they're issued
or is it possible TC made a mistake? Is this something I should bother
getting corrected or should I just hang some lights on my plane and fly it
whenever I want?
