Jean...
1/ stick your file into the end of a wood yard stick or similar and run it
thru the tube.
2/ I don't know what you're trying to say here...
3/ You can either dimple that area and rivet it now...and then when you do
the fuselage to wing gap filler you can drill between the existing rivets to
attach the gap filler...OR you can leave it cleco'd for now and when you
build your gap fillers back drill from the inside to share the existing
holes in the cabin roof/fus 35 material.

Hello
1- On Fus-3 between the 2 Gusset # fus-1, the manual ask to drill #30
for rivets. How do you debur inside the tube?
2- Because the top (fus-23), is in sandwich between the gussets (fus-1)
and the tube (fus-3), the gussets are not 100% mating with the
tube, the top flange is "too short". I hope you understand, I do not
know how to clear on that in english....
3- Manual ask for dimple the top on the fuselage root ribs (fus-27), do I
have to dimple in the angle (fus-35) or not?
