Wing Assembly. The diagram doesn't show the line of rivet holes for the
tank bulkheads as far as I can see. Does anyone have an approximate
distance from the leading or trailing edge of the skin?

The size of the top and bottom tank skins has changed a few times over the
years so I'm not surprized the manual hasn't kept up. I'd just use even
spacing while maintaining enough edge clearance.
