I will answer what I know... and let the balance to others!
1- You can order a second FUS-30 from MAM and use as the doubler (will have
to be trim). Note that the FUS-30 from MAM is now .032" but I think it was
thinner before... When I ordered my kit, I ordered a second fus-30. If you
work from a sheet of .032", it is probably easier to visit a sheet metal
shop and asked them to bend it for you...
2- The riveter is ok but some builder have round a bit the nose to have a
better finish (it will not work after for the flush rivets).
