Fus-39 and bulkhead 'F'

Wray, "Brake" some edges on that flat Fus-39 sheet. This adds a little strength but mainly keeps the sheet flat to help the building process and yes clamp those boards to the bulkhead to locate it.Without the edges bent up on the Fus-39 sheet it just hangs "lifeless" and makes it impossible to line up anything!

Next question
The first bottom skin panel forward of the tail section ( .020 Fus-39) - some of my diagrams look like it should have turned up edges where as mine is just a flat piece ...which is it? Also I can't find any indication as to where bulkhead 'F' should actually be riveted on it. In other words how far from bulkhead 'A' to 'F' along fus-39 should it be riveted ...or should I just put those curved wooden pieces on the bulkhead and rivet it where ever it falls?
Still wondering about those fus-24 hole mismatches.
