Hi Jean !

Another 'Ontario mod' - the ST-28 is used to <replace> the thinner
ST-31 for the door frames, on the fuselage.

The FUS-26 is the rectangular panel right below the door frame -
and is doubled, with lots of epoxy, or just re-made in .032 or .040,
so it doesn't bow on floats. The pieces of stringer, or channels,
go vertically, on the inside, to stiffen it more - best between the
existing vertical brace.
