archive site problems

Just wanted to apologize to everyone real quick for the problems lately with
the archive site being unavailable. I was pretty excited a couple of weeks
ago when we finally identified exactly what was causing this, but it is
going to be a major update to the software to address the issue... which
means it won't get fixed for some time.

That being the case I have re-installed the automatic monitoring software
that will reboot the system anytime the site test page is unavailable 2
checks in a row. Checks are performed once a minute, so worst case the site
will only be unavailable for 5 or 6 minutes from initially failing until a
reboot is completed. Instead of being down until I notice or somebody posts
to the list and I read that it's down, which is how it has been working
recently.
