[rebel-builders] Gear step

Unless you have a tri-gear, that step.... directly under the wing
strut.....will be useless for anything but maybe cleaning your windshield.

Merry Xmas,
Still looking at my Elite trying to come up with a step to get in it. Been
looking at a C140, they bolt a step to the gear leg. What's the consensus
here for drilling a couple 1/4" through bolt holes through the center of
each gear leg so I can bolt a wrap-around piece of aluminum to them with a
bolt and nut?
Thanks,
Mike Betti

I think it would work just like the C140 does. Left leg on the step, grab
the door post, pull yourself in? And if doesn't work, clean off the
windshield.
