As for the red flag, are you connecting to https://www.dcsol.com or
https://mail.dcsol.com? It should be mail.dcsol.com. A number of folks
have had problems with paypal, I seem to recall it had something to do with
cookie settings. That said, if you just go to paypal and select send money
instead of using the link I have on the site, then it seems to work fine.
Never have been able to pin it down for sure.

I had the same problem, then tried to set up for donations thru my bank.
However, they need a phone number to set up a payee. If you would provide,
I and possibly others would have an alternate method.

Quick question for everyone who has had the session timeout at Paypal... is
it only when trying to pay via credit card? Has anybody clicked on the link
on the archive site, then logged into a paypal account to pay and had this
happen?

Yep...that's what I did initially Mike. Link on right side of web page, then
selected amount, logged into paypal OK, then after hitting "pay" got a
session timed out message. All in under a minute.

Ended up logging into paypal directly and using your account address
