To Roger and Alice
Basically you don't debur the holes on the inside.
A cursory inspection and trim to remove the chaff is all that is required at
these locations. The rivet when it pulls will seat tight against the back of
the hole and crush or flex out any remaining material. Using clean sharp
drills at the optimum speed also helps insure the back side of these holes
do not build up a burr

A question for all of you who have built the rudder/elevator:

How did you de-burr the 70+ rivet holes inside the rudder/elevator spar
tubes?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks,

Roger #687R

Roger & Alice- When I built my units I ran very fine emery paper taped
over
foam rubber(carpet underlay) which was stapled to a 3/4 dowel. The larger
end holes where easily accessible with the std. swivel deburring tool-Best
