What to order with MAM rebel kit...

Hi All,
I'm putting together a short-list of items that I want to get from MAM when I
order the Murphy kit.
Since I was going to use the Fife wingtips and the Mackenzie STOL kit, the
only other items I think I need are the float attach hard points (for bungee
gear in my case) and the dual brake pedal option.
An archive search has shown that the regular gas filler caps have saved a
few of you from falling in the drink while refuelling, so, I'll probably go with
those. Additional searches also suggest there are no appreciable advantages
to either the dorsal or ventral fin attachments.
I'll get the firewall forward stuff later, since I still haven't chosen an engine
yet.
The only items I'm still not sure about are the window/skylight doublers.
They seem easy enough to make....any advantage to buying? What about
the $40 tie down rings?
