[rebel-builders] Changes to panels - Stick Clearance - pedal travel

Yeah, never say never. Imagine being rolled upside down on short final by
wake turbulence. You would take every bit of control movement available. It
would be nice not to grate your knuckles across the panel in the process,
but that would probably not be a big concern at that moment.
By the way, while you're inverted and experiencing negative G, use rudder
input opposite that of the stick.

I shortened the stick such that I could get full forward and full
aileron at the same time without hitting the panel. Not sure I needed to
as I can't imagine actually needing that combination.

Sounds like a good thing in general, assuming not so short as to increase
required stick forces too much. Don't know about the Rebel, but I've used
simultaneous full forward, full aileron (and nearly full rudder) in a slip.
