[rebel-builders] Avex cross-ref to MAM #'s

No, don't get the low profile ones. They are different and have a tiny
little domed head but not like the regular ones from MAM. The ones called
"domed head" are the ones you want. I found that out the hard way when I
ordered some from ACS a long time ago.

After scratching my head (Ok, I had to more like dig rather than scratch),
it seems that the following Textron #'s correspond to Murphy's # system for
rivets:
I assume the rivets I have from Murphy are the "low profile" head rivet
(rather than the "dome" rivet):
Hansen # Murphy # Rapid Rivet #
1661-0410 RV-1410 1661-004-06 (don't make anymore)
1661-0414 RV-1414 1661-004-10 (1K = $67.50)
1661-0512 RV-1512 1661-005-12 (1K = $69.10)
...
1604-0412 RV-4412 01682-004-12 (500 = $53.95)
I'm still waiting on a price quote from Hansen on the above
