FUS-65 on Moose fastbuild

Folks,

My Moose fast build is April 2005 vintage. I have
noticed that there are no FUS-65's installed!? (flap
control stiffener rib, Chapter 12, pg 14, Step 41 and
Figure 21).

Can anyone else who has received a Moose fastbuild in
the last year or so tell me if theirs had FUS-65s
installed at the factory?

Just trying to research before I call Murphy and cry.
