[rebel-builders] another question.....

If this is the "A" bulkhead back to back with the next forward bulkhead
with only about 1/4" space then I riveted the brackets only to "A"
bulkhead not both. I do remember some conflicts of rivets on that extra
partial bulkhead and I think I offset the rivets on the adjacent
(forward) bulkhead to avoid hitting the rivets for the ST-40 brackets on
bulkhead "A". The fuselage side channels definately need the rivets
offset a bit.
