Rebel FUS-7

Hello again,

I can't seem to find at what point one rivets FUS-7 (bottom skin that attaches to firewall) to the bottom of the cage. Section 12.22 tells you to install the bottom corner wraps but it does make sense to rivet these if the bottom skin isn't yet riveted. Section 12.31 says not to rivet the corner wraps "if you are installing Spring Gear or Bungee gear". But I thought I riveted the corner wraps back in section 12.22???

When do these parts really get riveted?
