Thanks Rich !

Don't forget to add a hole at the rear of that tight new rib,
so the water can drain out ! :-)

Thanks Bob, Eric, and Drew!
Progress is in progress here in Virginia. I am pretty pleased with my work
so far, and have done all the doubling that my predecessors have recommended.
The couple of edge distance violations I have will be doubled to ensure
integrity. I am certainly learning alot about metal!
I also took the time to make a longer rib for the inner most (nearest the
rudder) rib on the elevators. I just did not like the look of the supplied
rib when it came in at 1.25 inches short with two holes on the elevator
trailing edge left open. It took about 20 hours to get it right but getting
a nice and tight fit was the reward.
I am fortunate to have some experienced builders at my airport and you
wonderful guys on this list to help!
THANK YOU!
Rich
