What is my aircraft worth?

This is a general question to help me think through a possible scenario.

My Rebel #572 is now about 85-90% complete with a brand new o-320, new
Sensnig prop, steam gage avionics and most of the trimmings. I have the
engine mounted, and wired in and test run.

Fuse, wings and tail are complete. Everything is built except to cover the
ailerons.

I have a possible by of another Rebel which I could be flying righ away. I just
took a baseball coaching job that takes up a lot of my time. What is mine
worth if I wanted to sell it?
