Folks,

Quick question: I am interested in making a small
interior fairing to cover a custom latch I have made
on my Moose cargo door.

Does anyone know if you can start glassing straight
over a polyurethane foam mold without any sort of
release agent or wax paper?

What's the best way to do this?

No you can't, and yes you can! You could dig out the foam later. The foam
will absorb some of the resin, so a coat of micro slurry is to be put on the
foam first to seal the holes and make a bond. You could peel-ply the first
layer over the foam ... or why not use clay instead of foam?
