Must still be the wild west in the States the norm in NZ, purchase price ex Canada + shipping = total x GST (Goods & Service tax) at 12.5%. Falsifly an invoice knowingly and IRD will fine you 150% of the price paid + 13% interest from the day of the offence + a possible fine of $50,000 or 5 years jail. So' over here payup shutup.
