Ralph:

As you know, mine is not on wheels, but if you use plate nuts inside the
fuselage for the rear attach brackets, it makes it easy to add/remove
shims without completely removing the stabilizer, which is a real pain.
This also makes it possible to leave out the rear supports until after
the stabilizer is inserted, making it much easier to do this without
risk of scratching the paint.
