The Murphy Builders Site

Hi,
Just fired up my engine today, everything works on the panel and on the firewall as expected. My DAR told me to get the plane registered. I see I am supposed to send in a bill of sale. I only have the invoice that came with the kit. What is the norm here in the states?

Builders,
I just received my registration in the mail. I bought the EAA homebuilt kit that includes all the paper work, data tag, and some decals. I bought it just for the forms and directions. I followed them as supplied and received my offical registration 20 days later, first pass. I also with no problem getting the official bill of sale from Murphy by request as needed.

I thought I would share a little bit of good news as far as Transport Canada
is concerned.
I took my paper work to the Toronto office last Tuesday and went through the
everything, with one of the nice people in the office, to make sure that I
had done things correctly. They said that they weren't too busy right now
and that it shouldn't take that long!

I received my C of R in the mail today!!!! Less than a week.

Now the onus is on me to get ready for my final inspection.
