[rebel-builders] Rebel - Rudder Trim Tab

Hi Rich !
A MANUAL rudder trim tab is certainly not necessary, but
'nice to have'. I have had one on at least 2 Rebels - didn't
need much of a bend, but then you can fly straight, even if
the cables break, and it adjusts automatically with airspeed.
Changing the pull on one of the rudder pedal return springs
works well too, and is easy & clean .... but not quite as
good as a tab. Might be easiest to add one while building ...
