The Murphy Builders Site

I have lost the barrel out of my Elite door lock. Jack Wiebe was kind
enough to send me his lock, but apparently Murphy has changed the part,
and the new one does not fit the cutout in my door. I wonder if there
is anybody out there who has not completed their door who would be
willing to do an exchange. My kit number is 587, bought in early 1997.
The sleeve of the lock I need is chrome plated and is 11/16" long from
the base of the threaded portion to the end. It has plated keys. The
sleeve of the lock I have is nickel plated and is 5/8" long. It has
brass keys.

Depot, so that'll save you the bother and expense of shipping yours.
