I would use MIL-C-27500 shielded wire and when in doubt go with the bigger
16 gauge wire (available from ACS - part number 11-14416). You probably
would be hard pressed to measure the weight difference between 16 and 18
gauge for the small amount of wire you will use.

hi all

so its time to wire my mgs now, aero electric shows 18 ga shielded while
firewall forward by tony bingelis shows 16 ga shielded, which should i use,
also what is it i ask fro when ordering from spruce for these wires ?? mil
spec something ??

also tach cable, anything special i need to know to order the right one ??
