dave

think mine is chamfered on top and bottom to stay clear of side skins, your
referring to the two mane tubes on the floor, right

but could be wrong, would have to look at it to be sure

Need some help here ?
I don't understand what they are doing with the sqaure tubing ( fus 5 ) ?
does it get cut back on the sides where the holes are ? or under towards the

bottom of the floor ?
Seems like there is always something to figure out.

[rebel-builders] Fus 5 and Fus 2

Dave; The end of the tube is cut on an angle to clear the forward side skin.
This is the front tube only. My manual shows this as step 5 under 12.9 cage
assembly. However as I recall the 5/8" angle was not enough and also had to
relieve the bottom edge to clear the radius in the forward floor pan.
Unfortunately you don't really see this until you construct the forward fus
section. Hope this helps. - Bob J Rebel 192/731

Thank you Robert: it's sure good to get help from all the builders out there
!
I to thought that the bottom should be trimed to fit. Thanks again.
