Super Fill

We get about an hour of usable pot life with the super Fill at temps in the mid 70's. It shortens rapidly as the temps go into the mid 80's and above. The waste is minimized by mixing very small batches using a precision scale. As much as I would like to take any credit it is my co-builder wife who is the rivet filling queen. She likes the looks of the filled rivets.

I also like the Super Fill for cosmetic fiberglass filling. It works well, is exceptionally light, and finishes easily.

Super Fill

Hi Dave, Superfill is a two part lightweight filler. Sort of a super Bondo. It sticks to fiberglass and aluminum and is much less dense than Bondo. Easy to use and sands readily. Not structural! I get mine from Aircraft Spruce.
Regards,
Ralph
