Langley and Abbotford

I'm hoping to bring FOKM to Arlington next week. My intent is to return
to Canada via Abbotsford customs and then west to Langley for a meeting.
I do not have a transponder and am not familiar with local procedures so
will like some confirmation from locals there. I read that I can stay
out of class C space which requires mode c by staying under 2500 ASL in
that area. Otherwise there should be no problems with airspace. Am I
correct in that?
