Mike, On Monday of this week, the amount of messages and duplication of same caused my "e" mail system to crash because of all the "garbage" contained within same. Needless to say this caused a bit if tension as I use my "work computer and system. I had to get our M.I.S. group to eliminate it off the server. Is there anyway to educate our users to not duplicate the message they are replying to.For example, not to use "reply to author" or "forward" unless they eliminate the original message first. This message on Monday would have been 105 pages if I had gone to print and really only contained about 6 pages of new information.-Anything you can do would be appreciated.-Thanks Bob J.
