Just curious. What's the "R" stand for in "C of R". I assume the document
is the equivalent of the Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A) for the USA.

Different section I guess but I'm not doing any better Drew.
Four weeks ago I delivered the paper for a C of R.
Last week I was fourth in line for it.
This week I am third in line...

My local friends are telling me to start a new project while I wait and
my Montreal friends are telling me that their Quebec region will issue a
C of R while they wait at the counter!

Anyway I've been giving a wee bit of thought to the subject math
question and it still seems to me that Va would remain at 95 knots at
2000 lbs. However it might be appropriate to drop the top of the green
arc (Vno) to preserve the regulative integrity of that number which is
indeed based on a 30 ft./sec vertical gust (moderate turbulence). My
math suggests that 100 knots (115mph) instead of 110 knots might be an
appropriate Vno at 2000 lbs. if I'm thinking along the correct lines ??

Sorry all, just my warped Aussie sense of humour, down here the fifth

You hit the nail on the head John. I met with the fifth force on monday and
my plane won't fly again until the weight of the paperwork equals the gross
weight of the plane. :( You were right Wayne I should have delt with
toronto.
