Engine Pre-lube
Posted: Sun Feb 19, 2012 10:53 am
Before I make the first engine run, TCM requires that the oil system be
pressurized to 50 PSI to pre-lube the internal components.
Would anyone have any DIY (do it (my)self) ideas how I could build a
pre-luber for this one time operation. Some kind of hydraulic tank that
could be pressurized from my compressor perhaps, with a ball valve operated
hose connected to an oil port? Also a source for any parts?
Thanks for any help.
