conical engine mounting torques

hi all

firewall wall forward by tony bingelis list following torques for rubber
mount bushings for conical engine mounts

small bushing 80 in-lbs
large bushings 40 in-lbs

i would have thought larger bushing would have higher torque value, are
these numbers backwards
anybody help on this
