Subject: [rebel-builders] TS-3 shape
The manual calls for a concave shaping of the bottom of TS-3 (tail strut
attach point) on an 8" radius (Fig. 16.2.7). Other than aesthetics, is
there any functional role for that curve? Any reduction in weight and/or
drag would seem to be inconsequential and the curve doesn't seem
necessary for any clearance issue. Any reason not to leave the TS-3
bottom line straight, as is?
