I don't know if the AIL-26 bushings for the standard Rebel are the same but
mine are made out of stainless steel and measure .375 Dia. x .258 ID. x .558
Lg. Hope this helps.

Does anyone have an AIL-26 aileron bushing they can measure for me? I
can't
find any of the ones I'm supposed to have but I have a bit of 4130 steel
tubing that I can make my own. I measured the brass fitting the bushing
goes into and it is 0.48 inches. I know the steel bushing should be a bit
longer but I'm not sure how much longer works the best. Too long and the
flaps and ailerons can move too much side to side. Too short and they may
not move at all.

Mike: The AIL 26's I have for Moose 226 are .370 O.D. x .251 I.D. x .557 lg.
They are definitely not stainless steel as there is slight rusting on the
O.D.in (was) a sealed package. - Bob J

I don't have a micrometer but my eyeball / ruler concurs with Charlie's
measurements.
