[rebel-builders] rebel wing inspection holes

As far as I'm concerned they all serve no purpose if you use one lug anchor
nuts for the back side!

it ends up exactly where the slot is for the control horn. Can't see howThe one inboard of rib number 7 is more problematic. As I read the manual
