[rebel-builders] trouble shooting 912

Hi Ralph, & Aurele !
Don't know what recommended is - my regular 912 would go as low as 1300
or 1400, but it shook badly there. I would never idle ANY version of the
912 below 2,000 RPM - it will last a LOT longer if you keep it turning !!

912S. Also, add the slipper clutch if you don't have it in the 912S.
