constant speed props

hi all
has anyone considered the whirlwind constant speed props that i have seen on
some rv's.
it is composite construction and all light weight components, only weighs
around 30lbs approx, so if metal prop weighs 30 lbs, sounds like it would
work, of course cost is alot more
