Hi Rob

W-601 is a doubler which goes over the wing strut fitting and reinforces
the skin in the areas around the access covers for the strut attach
fitting bolts. In our 1998 dated page in the manual there is an
illustration of the location.

Is this supposed to go out the outside of the wing
skin, or is it supposed to go on under the skin?
