Goday Floks:

To anwer you questions Walter.I am in Gander Nfld Lab.
In order to get Cof G we balanced the aircraft on a piece off 2 " conduit, balanced perfect. We than put a scale under each float at C of G.Was told this ia acceptable method,is this a normal parctice.Have not been on wheels so do not know weight.
The rigging i used for the full lotus was,Rebel wing struts for spreader bars & murphy struts.Did not weigh floats seperately but they are much heavier than the 1800s had on my cub.
