[rebel-builders] Rebel Wheel alignment/Toe out
Posted: Sun Feb 19, 2012 10:39 am
Slightly toe in is better than toe out, but straight
is desireable. Murphy sells wedges in varying degrees
that you can mount between your axle and the gear leg
to adjust the toe in/out.

-----------------------------------------------------------------Hi all
Can anyone remember off hand the desired tow out
distance at the front and
rear with spring gear? Was it 1/4 inch? Thought I
kept the thread on it's
last discussion but can't find it by searching the
mail.
Thanks to those who respond

Bob,
The LSA specs do not require any specialspecs. It can be amateurrequired is that the aircraft meet the LSAcompleted) there has to be anbuiltor certified. If it is an SLSA (factoryASTM standards. Notacceptance by the FAA that it complies with theat present to allsureabout the ELSA as that is an unattractive optionthat is properly registeredparties.
As far as I know, any Canadian amateur builtregistered here can be flownand can legally be imported to the USA andbya Sport Pilot as long as it meets the LSA specs.
