Gee Wayne I thought you'd just wrap a chain around it and pick it off theEvery town has a towing company with a roll off deck "tow" truck. Backs up
to the shipping facility..they shove the crate on with the fork
truck.....drives to your place you tell him where you want it and he
drops/tilts the bed so it slides off. Have a few pieces of 1.5 to 3 inch ABS
pipe ready and put them under as it comes off the truck. Then roll the crate
to final destination by circulating tubes out the back and back to the front
as you go. This method works very well for having milling machines and
lathes delivered too. Just substitute 1" steel shaft for the rolling
material.
